We embarked on a journey to revolutionize the 3D scanning process, providing users with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. From research and ideation to prototyping and testing, our UX design process for xOne ensures that users are at the heart of every decision we make.

Empathize


Our UX design process began with empathising with potential users. We conducted surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions to understand their pain points, needs, and aspirations when it came to 3D scanning. This deep understanding formed the foundation of our design approach.

Define


After gathering valuable insights, we analyzed the data to define clear user personas and user journey maps. Identifying key touch points and pain points allowed us to set specific design goals and objectives for xOne.

Ideate


With a solid understanding of our users and their goals, our design team brainstormed and ideated multiple solutions. We held collaborative workshops and sketching sessions to explore various design concepts that would elevate the user experience.

Prototype
